Bab 103: Conflicting feelings

My eyes narrowed at the two lovebirds who were too close, it made me grit my teeth, infuriated at my best friend who looked like he was enjoying the company of the slut.

I strode over to my carriage, and Ray broke up from the conversation he was having with the slut.

He hurried over to me as if everything is okay when it was not.

"Storm, I—"

"Through with flirting?" I glared at him, feeling the urge to snap his head off for the times he laughed with that Amalite!

"What?" He looked taken aback, blinking and pretending like he didn't know what I'm talking about.

I gritted my teeth, "walk with him!" I turned and entered the carriage before I gave the servants the orders to move.

Though I'm going to the capital, a place I was born, and the only place I hate the most after Amal, I didn't choose many soldiers to go with me.
