I stared blankly at her, trying to decipher if she was serious about this or just bluffing, she was going to let me have Kian? What bullshit.

"Well, what do you say? You'll do it won't you?" She pressed, throwing her offer in my face.

"Sadly no. I don't have any interest in making Kian do anything he doesn't want to. And more importantly, Silvia, I don't make deals on equal footing. You'll let me have him? What makes you think I can't get him myself? Do you really think I wouldn't march over to your estate and tear the whole place down?"

My words caught her off guard for a second, "I didn't peg you as the stubborn kind, think it through for a second. If you use my method, we can both benefit and no blood will be shed." She said, hinting at something towards the latter part of her statement.

Blood, as in Kian's blood?
