To formally initiate the Ceremony, a noble figure—typically an elder vampire—would extend a welcoming address to the assembled witnesses.

This distinguished role was fulfilled by none other than King Octavius himself. Standing tall in his black suit, a genuine smile adorned his face as he began to speak.

"Esteemed guests, kindred spirits, and witnesses of this extraordinary union," his gaze swept across the diverse array of attendees, encompassing different races who had chosen to partake in the ceremony. It was an assembly comparable, if not larger, to the one that had graced his own wedding, a time when others had merely attended to extend diplomatic courtesies to the vampires.
