What he referred to as 'visiting', was certainly not as simple as it sounded. More precisely, it should be called - plundering.

These instances, the majority of them are relatively low-level dungeons, Otherwise, they wouldn't have been frightened into refusing Alexander. 

But quantity can make up for quality, even the poorest of instances can yield a few plugins. Casually taking a stroll, one could easily earn a couple of thousand ghost coins.
