Having confirmed from Shi Tian that his enemies seemed to be stronger than her despite having the Chronosworth City at her disposal, Vanessa was somewhat stunned. 

What kind of fearsome enemies were they? 

What was worse was that Shi Tian rarely lied, so it was hard for Vanessa to believe he was deceiving or fooling her with that confirmation.

'Stronger than the Chronosworth City… could they be from a city more advanced in technology?' Vanessa pondered silently. 

Comparing Gearits City with Chronosworth City, it was crystal clear that the latter was superior.

However, that doesn't mean Chronosworth City was the biggest and strongest power in the world. 

There are many more places and locations stronger than them. It was just that they couldn't access or go there because of the terrain and miasma field.
