Ash was getting more familiar with her environment compared to the past and she was much more experienced compared to the past too so if the worst-case scenario did happen and she lost her black bandage Evil Spirit then it would not be as difficult to raise another.

The second method that she could use if that did happen was to go after a Spirit or Evil Spirit and put it through the ritual.

Such a method was slightly more dangerous since it required her to hunt down and capture a Spirit or Evil Spirit all on her own.

She would no longer have the assistance of her black bandage Evil Spirit so she would have to be careful when she tried to obtain a new one by capturing it.

Ash was used to fighting alongside her black bandage Evil Spirit and it could be said that she was reliant on it at times so it was possible that she would struggle more when going solo against a single Spirit.
