Bab 235: Triggered

Trauma could manifest in a wide variety of ways and it was not always easy to be able to deal with it.

There were so many triggers that could cause many different reoccurrences.

They could come without warning when a person least expected them causing many difficult situations for those that would have to endure them.

The causes of such occurrences would not always be known to those who experienced such episodes and it would be difficult to fully avoid such things.

Anything could trigger such states and bring up unwanted past experiences that were better off being forgotten.

Some similar states and experiences of those who suffered major traumas were that they would have reoccurring dreams or flashbacks of such experiences they had in the past.

Their greatest fears could manifest themselves without warning.
