Bab 175: You're the Most Important

Chuck took a quick look at Alicia, then hobbled quietly on his right leg towards the door, looking really lonely.

Louis watched him, noticing the slight limp. His cool attitude seemed to soften a bit. He turned to the bodyguard standing behind him, and said, "Help Mr. Hanson, please."

The bodyguard did as he was told, hurrying over to give Chuck a hand.

Alicia was really surprised. She looked closely at Louis, amazed by his kindness today. Usually, he'd get really mad if she even talked a bit with Chuck. He couldn't even stand to hear Chuck's name. Since she and Chuck had been tricked and had spent all night and half a day together, Alicia figured that Louis should be really angry. But he wasn't; he even seemed to care about Chuck.

Something seems weird about Louis today, Alicia thought.
