A full fifteen hours later, Alicia and Basemmath, escorted by a group of bodyguards, reached the historic Fann family home.

Located in an ancient city in Northwestern China, the Fann family's home was the final resting place of their earliest ancestor. It was right at the base of Phoenix Mountain, just a short trip north from the old city.

From a distance, the mountain mirrored the shape of a phoenix's head, perfectly matching the drawing on their treasure map.

Alicia had guessed it right.

To aid their treasure hunt, they had taken a picture of the map on Basemmath's phone.

They checked into a comfortable hotel close by and had a good night's sleep.

The following day, at the break of dawn, they made their way towards Phoenix Mountain.
