Bab 66: The Meeting

Nathaniel sat behind his desk, silently waiting for all the pieces they had placed to fall into place. 

Clark and Jay worked with him to leave clues for the members of the syndicate in his company to follow. 

Based on Clark's investigation, they were looking for fresh blood in the company, one that could do their bidding due to his thirst for power and a promotion. Nate Rue, fit this role perfectly.

Everyone knew that he and Oliver were rivals, they wanted the same woman and all Nate had to do was to prove that he was worthy of her. 

On paper, Oliver Wright had almost every advantage against Nate. 

He came from a well-known and well-off family, he had held a high position in DLR Enterprises before his fall from grace, and he stayed by Maya's side through her darkest period. 

Nate had only one advantage over him, and that was love.
