The land where the supposed administration building is currently crowded with orcs and moon elves, and all their eyes are glued to the glowing platform on the ground.

"Wow, is this the Transportation Circle the Moon Elf Lord was preparing for? It's outstanding. As expected of the Moon Elf Lord!" one of the elders present blurted out. 

Everyone is silently nodding their head. In their mind, they are singing praises to the Moon Elf Lord. It was because of the active efforts of their ruler that their knowledge broadened. Magic Circle? Spells? All these things are foreign to them. It would not be an exaggeration to say that they are ignorant.

The Moon Elf Lord is right. They needed to raise their awareness about the world outside the wide Amber Forest— or, better yet, the perilous Immortal's Glade.
