Bab 1: Chapter 1 - Black Sun Sect

Black Sun Sect—Guardian Continent

In a large, open field surrounded by trees, a group of young boys and girls were engaged in intense martial arts training. They wielded swords and punched at imaginary opponents, sweat pouring down their faces as they pushed their bodies to their limits.

Watching them with a keen eye was a bald, middle-aged man dressed in a simple white robe. He strode among the students, his voice firm but encouraging as he offered pointers and advice.

"Remember to keep your stance wide," he called out to one young girl as she shifted her weight uncertainly. "You need a solid base to deliver a strong strike."

To a young boy struggling to perfect his sword form, he advised, "Don't forget to follow through on your swings." "Your opponent won't be defeated by half-hearted strikes."

The students listened attentively to the man's words, grateful for his guidance and expertise. They knew that his years of experience and skill would help them become better martial artists.

As the sun began to set, the students gradually wound down their training, their muscles aching but their spirits high. The bald man smiled approvingly at them, nodding his head in satisfaction.

"Great work today, everyone," he said. "Remember, practice makes perfect. Keep up the hard work, and you'll become unbeatable."

The name of the white-robed middle-aged man was Nefer,

Nefer looked at one of the students, a young man with black hair and green eyes, and a good body.

"Agni, you know if you cannot reach the level of Fifth Stage Dao Beginner, you are going to be demoted to Collector Slave."

The young man named Agni looked at Nefer and bowed slightly as he answered.

"I know Master Nefer."

Nefer just shook his head and then looked at the other students.

Agni took a deep breath and wiped the sweat from his forehead, and his face showed clear agony.

"I do not understand; it has been three years since I was in this world, and I am stuck in the level of Fourth Stage Dao."

Agni, in reality, is not from the Guardian Continent. He was from Earth, from the modern world itself.

It has not been three years since he slept and awakened in this Black Sun Sect and Gardian Continent.

These worlds are too different from his past ones. Technology is in its medieval ages, and everything involves martial arts and spells.

He remembers that the leader of the Black Sun Sect can fly in the skies and break down small hills with his finger movements.

"I need more power to understand what is happening."

Agni had just finished his training for the day. He wiped the sweat from his brow and took a deep breath, feeling the exhaustion and satisfaction of a good workout.

He walked towards the edge of the training grounds and made his way to a secluded area where a cabin had been provided to him by the Black Sun Sect. The cabin was modest but clean and well-maintained. As he approached, he noticed the emblem of the sect—a black sun with rays radiating outward—emblazoned on the door.

Pushing the door open, Agni stepped inside and felt a sense of relief wash over him. The cabin was a small but cozy space, with a comfortable bed, a wooden desk, and a few shelves lining the walls. The air inside was cool and refreshing, a welcome respite from the sweltering heat outside.

Agni sat down at the desk and reached for a book on martial arts that he had been reading. As he flipped through the pages, he thought about his training and how far he had come since joining the Black Sun Sect. He was grateful for the opportunity to learn from some of the best martial artists in the land and determined to become even stronger.

As the night descended and the stars began to twinkle outside, Agni closed the book and lay down on the bed. He closed his eyes, feeling the exhaustion of the day seeping into his bones.

At that time, Agni felt something different in his mind. Seconds later, a buzzing sound resonated in his head, and a panel manifested before his eyes.

"Agni"

"Level: Fourth Stage Dao Beginner"

Agni took a deep breath and nodded.

"It was about the time."

Agni understood that now that he has some sort of golden finger in his hands. He would have a great time in the future.
