Whenever Ricarda came to visit him, Henry always tried to make him understand that he was not suitable for him. But it always ended up being a waste as he always says, 'I love you' shamelessly when Henry wondered if he ever knew how important those words were.

He thought he was simply playing with him, until the emperor ordered him to marry his 'son'.

What emperor would let his son marry another man?

And what about Ricarda suddenly becoming Richard?
