Now, in her bed, Sylvia was left all alone, her body still tingling from the intensity of the love she had made with Adrian last night.
She was starring at the fancy ceiling of her hotel room alone, reminiscing in the aftermath and recalling how her heart had opened up to him in ways she had never imagined.
But now that he had left, she couldn't help but also feel a wave of vulnerability wash over her.
For some reason, all of a sudden, the room started to feel colder to her and the air thicker, with a sense of loneliness hanging heavily around her.
