As Eugene disappeared from sight, the trio – Lixin, Berry Fairy, and Zeyu – exchanged meaningful glances, their faces breaking into relieved smiles and bubbling excitement. While Lixin couldn't entirely shake his lingering suspicions about the innkeeper's motives behind the weekend help, he couldn't help but feel genuinely happy for his friends.

Zeyu and Berry Fairy, on the other hand, were undeniably thrilled at the prospect of free room and board. Their excitement was palpable, and their eyes sparkled with delight, knowing that this arrangement would save them a considerable amount of coins during their stay in town.

Without Lixin's fortuitous luck, they would have been forced to pay for a room or invest in a tent to ensure their Personas' safety during log-out periods. Personas tended to wander around in auto-pilot mode after logging out, and leaving them unattended in the game world came with unpredictable risks and rewards.
