"Yes." Old tiger responded, instantly. He did not take a breather, look to Chi Lian for permission or have to think about it. "Three million per target." he added, because another of the brothers had raised his hand. He assumed that this was the question to follow. 

"This.." he started to say, when another voice cut him off. 

"This has been bothering me since we stepped our feet into this unconventional gathering of unlicensed bounty hunters. Why isn't the police, special operations, intelligence, CSA or any other department of our empire's military handling this? And who is paying for the targets we capture?" 

It was Ringo he asked this question, and he made sure to address the question directly to Chi Lian.
