There was tension between the maid that came to deliver the crown princess's orders and the old madam. Not just them but even the royal guards and the guards of the Jun mansion were eyeing one another fiercely. One wrong move in this situation and punches would go flying, a serious fight would ensue all because one maid did not know how to address a situation. That maid in particular was looking at the old madam with anger in her eyes. She probably enjoyed using the authority of the crown princess to undermine and Lord over others but today she had failed and she hated it.

"The crown princess's decree cannot be ignored." She spat out. "Your granddaughter-in-law does not carry the name Jun, she is a Chi. She must kneel down."

The old madam remained completely unfazed. "Is that your mission today, to see my granddaughter-in-law on her knees in front of a lowly maid like you? It seems like someone should put you in your place."
