Magdalene became teary immediately she saw Annabelle looking all pretty in that red dress she was putting on. She hadn't changed much from when she last saw her but she still missed her everyday. She might not have the best of family but Annabelle was the sweetest and kindest soul she knew. The girl and her had fond memories.

"Sister" Magdalene replied with the same tone of longing and want.

Annabelle immediately darted to Magdalene engulfing her in a hug and she began to cry on Magdalene shoulders.

"I am horrible. I'm so sorry Magdalene, I'm sorry for what I did. I use to pray for your safety everyday at home and feel guilt eat me up at the thought of that day where you almost..... almost" She sobbed harder unable to complete her words.
