Bab 169: MYSTERIOUS BEINGS 3

Magdalene gasped as fear engulfed her. She wondered if the mysterious being could see or sense her presence. How was that even possible when she had gone back to the past and was in a spirit form. The smoky skull began to float towards her making Magdalene gasped.

Her eyes suddenly snapped open as she withdrew her hand from the forehead of the girl.

"Are you alright?" Lucas asked and she only managed to nod.

"Sire we..." The voice of a man trailed off as he saw the dead girl.

"Another corpse! we didn't see it here before" Said the Councilman with a skeptical look.

"We just found it" Magdalene was the one to reply.

"Go ahead" Lucas told the Councilman before standing and walking out with Magdalene beside him.

"Did you find anything?" Asked Lucas as they made their way outside the house.
