The black witch looked at the python without batting an eye. She was trying to hypnotize it but it wasn't working.

"It won't work on me" It said .

"What are you and why are you helping us?" She asked curiously knowing that nothing goes for nothing.

"Allow me to introduce myself! I am Frederick a cursed being. It's true that I'm helping you for something in return" Said the python.

"And how are you sure that we can help you?"

"You can witches. I'll help you reach your destination on time, if not you'll die before you even know it. " It told her and the witches looked with uncertainty to themselves Wondering if they could trust this snake.

"What do you mean we'll die before we even know it?'
