Bab 154: When pigs start flying

The animals rushed out of Cael's way, but their panic made them walk over each other, run towards walls, stumble and fall.

Cael pushed himself upright, barely avoiding a fall himself when his foot stepped on someone's back instead of the solid ground. He felt fine despite charging through the wall, but the same couldn't be said about his armor. It took a heavy blow and needed reinforcing. But at the moment, Cael lacked the resources for it.

He focused on the more important things. The two lightning men, recognizing a greater threat, shot their next bolts of lightning straight at Cael's face.

He blocked them with his arm. Then Cael jumped towards the wall and ran up and by it past the gasping animals. He landed on the floor right next to the nearest lightning man, and immediately punched through the construct's head.
