Bab 496: Venture Deeper into the Corrupted Sea

"Do you think we can put up a significant resistance against the water demons in a sea battle? This is their domain, not our land, and we can't fly with magic items forever."

"But, can't we still unleash long-range magic? Archers and mages can at least shine."

"Unless you are at Spirit-level or above, you will only be a burden in the battle. We are only here to broaden our horizon, not fight against the demons."

"Look at those gigantic beasts and the scale of the battle. It's not a fight we can interfere in. The great war between the hegemons is on a continental scale."

A small argument occurred between the students. On the one hand, they hoped to contribute to receiving the Goddesses' favors and blessings. And on the other hand, they realized that they were still far from worthy of participating.

Instead of contributing, they could die a meaningless death amidst the onslaught of large-scale destruction.
