Bab 301: Chapter 55- Talia – Interrogations Part 4 Volume 3

*~*Talia's POV*~*

There were still five demons to interrogate, and I thought I should go next to the victim I'd saved. Now that he was alone, he might be a lot like Magma. He might want to help me since the support wouldn't get him into trouble.

I left the barrier around Magma's cell when I left. And it would stay until I was done with the interrogations. This would make it easier for me. The others would think I'd left him bloodied and broken, or maybe even dead. Especially since I knew some of the details and the demon's name now.

As I stepped closer to the cell with the serpent, I saw them flinch, and slither away from me. Unlike Magma, they weren't on the bed. Instead, they'd been watching the door of the other cell, waiting for news on what was going to happen next. 

"What is wrong with him? Why won't you let that demon be seen?"
