*~*Lyssa's POV*~*
The wind, which had been light and easy on my cheeks, suddenly felt bone chilling and biting. It was cutting deep into my skin, nearly to the bone. I felt like the wind was freezing me solid and that I wasn't able to move at all.
I just stood there, looking up at my dads with my hand still raised in the air from when I waved at them. I had been smiling when I had first raised it, but now I felt the fear that was tightening my face. I was nervous, worried, and curious all at the same time. However, it was the nerves, the fear, that was winning over in the bodily control department.
