Lavatri complied, falling silent.

"S-Sing?"

"Yes. If I enjoy your singing, I will claim you."

"Very well, my Lord," Lavatri nodded. She straightened her back, sitting upright with her chest puffed out, and began to sing a song from the ancient tales about fairies living freely and caring for nature.

Of dragons sleeping by the edge of a lake, and about ancient trees with arms and legs dancing with the birds in the forest.
