Bab 95: 95: Have the power

I was sick of everyone telling me how strong I needed to be all the time. They don't understand that I only act as strong because it's the only distraction I have from the thoughts of my inevitable unfortunate life. 

Born to a cruel fate of having to destroy the one I love at the end of our journey and cursed through life for crimes I never committed. 

I awakened in huanar to find Ywain standing next to me. His arms folded to his chest as he stared coldly at me. 

"You are pitiable, " he uttered in disdain. 

"I'm glad you have it in you to pity me. "

"Do you have a death wish, " Ywain screeched angrily. 

"I don't, " I uttered in confusion. 

"Have you any idea how many monsters are imprisoned in here? How many of them would chew right through you to be free?"

He gave me a hand to rise from the ground. I was touched to see him concerned about me. 

"Why didn't you chew through and be free? " I inquired.
