Bab 138: Their anger

Daisy's POV

I let Richard re-enter the building and turned to look at Aurora with annoyance. Yes, I hate her even though she has apologized and admitted her mistake. somehow I feel like she confessing not only because she is sincere but because she is afraid that Richard will avenge or put her in jail.

"I'm sorry," she said sadly.

"I do forgive you, and maybe my husband forgives you but for us to be able to forget what you did to him, it's not easy!" I replied emphatically. "Maybe you are doing this only because you are afraid he will make you suffer like his previous enemies!"

"Daisy... I admit my mistake because I do feel guilty..."

"Then why didn't you feel guilty earlier? What were you thinking when you carried out your action to fulfill his father's order? You regretted and felt guilty after you destroyed his mind and heart!"

She shook her head. "I'm sorry... But...."
