"What's happening here?" When the other big shots of the Ten Families arrived, they were angered to see their own people frozen all over and a struggling Romulus in the distance.

"Stop it this instant!" Despite hearing that, Lux didn't have any intention of making Khione stop.

She wasn't a rash woman, and surely something else happened that she was suddenly so incensed and started throwing her weight around.

"Khione? What happened?" Asking that, Lux was surprised to see Khione being so angry about it.

There was so much hate in her eyes, almost like she saw someone killing her family before her own eyes.

"In the past, I had a younger brother that I really felt close to. But due to his innocent personality, he accepted a wrong master that turned out later to be an assassin sent to kill him."
