Bab 55: Irregularities

After Faust left, Duras also turned around and, without saying anything, began walking to where he came from.

It seemed that Faust's existence truly scared him to the point of abandoning something planned for years.

'I'm sorry, Lancelot, but I can't possibly win against that monster... I'm afraid no one can,' thought Duras, as the rest of the Ten Families followed him.

Alexander was left confused by Faust's last words, and he gazed at his father, only to see him shaking his head.

It seemed that not even his old man knew what just happened.

'Who is that guy, really?' Despite this, Alexander quickly tried his best to organize the people and put some distance between themselves and the demons.

Luckily for them, Arthur and the others were the dividing line in this war. If not for them, the humans would've probably been obliterated.

Hesitating for a bit, Alexander went towards Arthur and the others before bowing to them.
