Bab 59: A Fight

Lucas was hesitant to accept Caden's challenge. He knew his friend was good at fighting and maybe a better fighter than he was before. He couldn't just risk losing the headquarters. But if he would reject him, it would also ruin his reputation, so he had no other choice but to accept it.

Lucas exhaled and took the knife from the floor. And looking at his sister's fiance, he still couldn't believe that the boy they knew twelve years ago was the same man who had tattoos all over his body.

Lucas wanted the best for Alira. He wished for her happiness, and only Caden could give that to her. So even though he was against Caden's position as the Boss of the Forelli Clan, all he could do was support him for his sister's sake.
