Bab 167: The strength of the Venom Empire

Upon seeing the sword, Jace's expression changed instantly.

This sword was unlike the unparalleled divine weapon he had imagined.

What Alexander held in his hand was a broken sword, its blade only half intact, with an uneven fracture.

Because it hadn't been fully forged successfully, the sword didn't look sharp at all.

It looked more like a piece of discarded waste that had been dealt with carelessly.

"This..." Jace was dumbstruck.

The mysterious figure had placed such importance on it, and he had traveled thousands of miles to deliver what turned out to be an ordinary broken sword!?

"Indeed, I like this sword," Alexander said, playing with the broken sword, his eyes full of affection.

A moment later, he stored the sword in his bag and headed for the door.

"Mr. Alexander, where are you going?" Jace, coming back to his senses, asked.
