"The Human Clan has already declined, their glorious City of Hope has become ruins. I really don't understand, what they're persisting for?" George questioned with perplexity.

"I'm not clear either. Perhaps it's their ignorance and folly. They have no idea how strong the demon creatures, that any sturdy fortress cannot withstand the attack of the demon army," Andy replied.

George, too, couldn't comprehend this. 

He knew the gap was vast, yet why choose this way? Those imprisoned in this jail, why are their wills so resolute? Up until now, none had been interrogated successfully, no amount of torture could pry the wanted information from them. 

Particularly Karu, trapped in the abyss, who'd consumed a lot of Haka's time and energy, yet they hadn't been able to obtain valuable clues from him. Why are these humans so unwavering? He truly couldn't understand.
