The female servers could not help but blush and steal glances at him.

"You're back?" Jackson held Nidia's hand and led her into the room.

The bodyguard followed them, of course.

Jackson pulled out a chair for Nidia and asked the bodyguard while he took a seat as well, "What happened?"

Nidia fell silent and her fingers practically froze when she attempted to pick up her spoon.

But she had nothing to be guilty about. She went to meet Daisy, not another man.
