"Report!" said the short member of the Red Ribbon.
Commander Red: We have gathered enough information about the Dragon Balls. We have identified their exact locations and also know who their current guardians are. We have also understood their importance and the power they possess.
Advisor Black: That's very useful, Commander. But what can we do with this information? How can we acquire the Dragon Balls?
Commander Red: That's exactly what we need to discuss. We have two main options. We can try to obtain the Dragon Balls through brute force, invading the locations and fighting against the guardians. That would be risky since they possess powerful abilities and also because it is possible that other adversaries might get involved and try to obtain the Dragon Balls as well.
Advisor Black: What's the other option?
Commander Red: We can try to negotiate with the guardians. Offer something in exchange for the Dragon Balls. That would be less risky and we could also establish a friendly relationship with them for the future.
Advisor Black: Sounds like a good idea. But what could we offer in exchange?
Commander Red: We have valuable resources that we can offer, such as advanced technology, state-of-the-art weapons, financial resources, and even military protection if they are in danger. We need to find out what each guardian values most and then offer something they consider valuable enough to trade for the Dragon Balls.
Advisor Black: I see. Let's focus on gathering more information about each guardian and identify what they value. With this information, we can create negotiation proposals and try to acquire the Dragon Balls peacefully.
Commander Red: Exactly. Our priority is to obtain the Dragon Balls, but we also need to act wisely to minimize risks and maximize our chances of success. Let's start working on it immediately.
Advisor Black: Commander, if I may, I would like to make a suggestion.
Commander Red: Sure, Advisor. Go ahead.
Advisor Black: Well, as you said, obtaining the Dragon Balls is our priority. However, we should also prepare for any eventuality. If we can't negotiate with the guardians, or if another hostile force tries to acquire the Dragon Balls, we need to be prepared for battle.
Commander Red: I agree with you, Advisor. We should have a plan B in case the negotiation fails. But what do you suggest?
Advisor Black: I believe we should start training our soldiers in skills that can be useful in the fight against the guardians or any other threat that may arise. This includes combat techniques, battle strategies, and special abilities such as the ability to fly, for example.
Commander Red: An excellent suggestion, Advisor. Let's start implementing it immediately. We need to be prepared for any eventuality.
Advisor Black: Additionally, Commander, I also suggest that we have a team dedicated solely to gathering information and monitoring the locations of the Dragon Balls. That way, we can always be aware of any suspicious movement or threat.
Commander Red: Great idea, Advisor. Let's assign an intelligence team to this task.
Advisor Black: Commander, I believe we're on the right track to acquire the Dragon Balls. With our resources, strategies, and skills, I'm sure we'll succeed.
Commander Red: I agree, Advisor. Let's put our plans into action and achieve our goal.
And with that, the commanders of the Red Ribbon set their path to acquire their Dragon Balls! Meanwhile, elsewhere, an assassin was on his way to his mission!

(A/N: CHANGE OF POV)
Tao Pai Pai: [checking his tools and equipment] everything seems to be ready. Now it's time to depart.
[In the background, a group of henchmen waits]
Henchman 1: Tao Pai Pai, we're ready to accompany you on the mission.
Tao Pai Pai: Great. Remember, this is a highly confidential mission. The person we're going to assassinate is extremely dangerous, and we cannot allow them to continue to harm our organization.
Henchman 2: Understood, Tao Pai Pai. We're aware of the gravity of the situation and will do whatever it takes to complete the mission.
Tao Pai Pai: Very well. But remember, discretion is essential. We cannot allow anyone to know about this mission. Success depends on it.
Henchman 1: Yes, sir! We'll follow your orders, Tao Pai Pai.
Tao Pai Pai: Okay, let's go. The target is in a remote location, and we need to get there before dawn. It's important that we're not detected.
Henchman 2: Understood, Tao Pai Pai. We'll make sure that doesn't happen.
Tao Pai Pai: All right then, let's go. We can't afford to waste any time.
[The group follows Tao Pai Pai towards the mission location, preparing for the assassination]
Tao Pai Pai went to eliminate another target for the Red Ribbon, little did he know that his days were numbered, as a troop of Saiyans would soon be coming after him.
**
(A/N: Ethan's POV)
As they flew, Ethan, Gina, Chi-Chi, Bulma, Panchy, Tights, and Fasha were heading towards Capsule Corporation, where Bulma would help locate the Red Ribbon bases. And Ethan began to tell the story.
Ethan: "When Gina and I left home to go to Chi-Chi's house, some individuals appeared at our house to kill our grandfather." Ethan said softly as he glanced out of the corner of his eye at Gina, who was slightly tense upon hearing about her grandfather's death and turned her attention back to Ethan.
Gina: "What is this?" she said in a dangerous tone, referring to Ethan hiding the truth about Grandpa Gohan's death.
Nods*
Ethan: I firmly believe that a member of the Crane School is among the ones who killed our grandpa. And not only that, it's possible that Red Ribbon also helped to defeat our grandpa.
Ethan (Serious): I also believe that they were after the Dragon Balls, even though they don't have a radar yet.
Ethan thought about them wanting to start collecting information on them, quickly took the Dragon Ball on his necklace and showed it to all the girls.
Gina (Thoughtful): Didn't grandpa give me one to play with? I think it must be in my luggage.
She said softly about what was on Gina's mind.
Ethan nods in agreement with Gina's statement*
Ethan (Sad): Indeed, our grandpa found the Dragon Ball and left it for you to play with. But I don't think that was the main reason for killing our grandpa. I believe it has to do with the power he possessed, being one of the people known as a world martial arts artist, he was targeted for his demise. So I think they'll focus on finding the other martial artists.
Gina: I'll strangle them! she said furiously about the situation.
Ethan: YES! We will! But before that, I hope Bulma can hack and track their location. If we're going to finish them off, we have to find them all at once. Not only that, I want to know where the creators of the Red Ribbon robots are. Maybe we can lure people here, or who knows, we can take all the equipment for ourselves.
Ethan (Motivated): I hope you can find their location, Bulma!
Bulma (Excited): Yes, it shouldn't be difficult to find!!
When they arrived, Bulma began using the computer to locate all the Red Ribbon bases, while the others waited for them to go.
