Just as I was about to leave, a voice cut through the air, filled with frustration and impatience. "Where did she go? Someone go find her so we can start practicing this stuff!" I couldn't help but roll my eyes at the commotion.

"I've got to run, Soul. These guys need a bit more practice before they embarrass themselves," I said with a sigh. "Got it. Let me know how it goes," Souline replied. "Alright, take care," I said, ending the call before slipping Montero's phone into my pocket. As I stepped out of the bathroom, Vex approached me with a curious expression.

"What took you so long?" Vex asked, raising an eyebrow. "I was just using the bathroom, Vex," I lied, crossing my arms defensively. "Seriously? You were in there for over 20 minutes. Are you sure you weren't on your period or something?" Vex teased, earning an irritated glare from me.
