Lu Fang nodded and said nothing more. He sat down at the side and watched her draw. He was very tired from work and looking at her surprisingly made his tiredness go away. The dim lights illuminated her magnificently.

A strand of stray hair was almost dropping on the brushes at the side so he leaned down to brush it away. Hua Jing was a bit surprised by this action so she turned his way and their eyes met.

Lu Fang's dark irises bored deep into her brown ones. There was something dancing in them and the tension started rising inexplicably. Lu Fang looked to the side and tucked the hair back. His fingers gently brushed her skin and Hua Jing felt sparks.

She was brought back to her senses and coughed. She looked away with a very red face that she was trying to hide. Lu Fang's handsome face was still on her mind so she made an excuse to leave first and then hurried to her bedroom.
