Aiden stared in stunned silence, his gaze darting frantically between the majestic black dragon in the vision and the enigmatic figure of his master. Pieces of the puzzle were falling into place, each one shattering a lifetime of accepted truths.

"You..." Aiden's voice trembled with a maelstrom of emotions - shock, disbelief, awe, and a glimmer of joy. "You... are the Black Dragon Monarch?"

His master's response was not words, but a shift in the vision. The scene blurred and reformed, transporting them to the heart of the cataclysmic battle Aiden had glimpsed.

"I fought with the Demon Monarch for a long time," his master's voice echoed, rich with the weight of history. "He eventually used up all of his cards, even space and time magic. Though I still couldn't defeat him in a one-on-one fight."

Aiden listened, enraptured, as the truth unfolded before him.
