Bab 294: Dots

The captain glanced at the two as they looked at each other and Myalis lowered her head as she remembered her mother, knowing that with the way things were currently going, she may not be able to keep who she truly is from the leader for long but didn't want him to find out as yet either and hoped that he found something but, nothing leading to her. 

"Yeah, I am his adopted daughter, why?" She asked and his eyes narrowed as he looked at her and the captain glanced at him with his brows furrowed. 

"Leader," The captain mumbled and a smile appeared on his face, one that couldn't be seen by them at the time. 

"I see, then do you know how close the queen was to them exactly? How much did they even know about her and her past before she got married to the king?" He asked and her brows furrowed as she looked at him and his gaze got stronger. 

'The way he is currently looking at me is as though he is...' She thought then sighed.
