Bab 65: Another death !

Subsequently Max himself led the police team to do a thorough search of the jewelry shop. As a matter of fact , there were only five rooms in total. First one is the main hall where the shop front is located. Next there is the office room, followed by the male and female washrooms adjacent to each other just in front of the office door. And the last one is a store room which is generally used for storing some unused things like old cabinets, stools, chairs, empty jewelry boxes and mannequins.

Practically speaking , only the store room has potential hiding places as the rest is all exposed without any place to hide. But Max still checked every room carefully since the possibility of another hidden passage or a hidden compartment is not out of the question.

After about forty minutes of continuous search, everyone was already a little tired. At this time, Inspector Jolly slowly approached Max.
