"Coherent energy is not just one big mass. Instead, it is comprised of many smaller, homogenous parts and components. Your first order of business is to first identify, and then, separate these components," he instructed.

Hade nodded.

"But where do I look?" he asked.

It was just past 6 a.m. and they had already gotten started on their first session of the day...

"Like air, coherent energy is everywhere around us," Verner explained.

"After awakening, practitioners gain the ability to first attract, and then, absorb coherent energy, assimilating it into the body as internal inherent energy.

"That said, coherent energy tends to be more erratic as compared to its more refined counterpart, which is why when you do manage to separate a component, the smaller it is, the better."
