Bab 188: Lifespan

"Do you mean Xander has a long life span like vampires ?" I asked Gabriel which earned a wordless nod from him.

Well, this explained a lot. Xander seemed to have held a lot of information about Dav, one that didn't seem to be easily accessible within a few years. 

But why would he choose that? I don't think he had any family left and definitely no friends. Why would he wish to spend all those years alone?

"Yes, my love and I would like it if you don't talk about any male. You should know that I am quite terrestrial and possessive, I don't like when you think of any male… or female!" Of course, he would say that. His actions were enough to demonstrate that information. 

This led to a wave of awkward silence as I stared at the people that chattered at the party. Most of them still had their face on me while some chose to ignore my presence… at least, that was what they had wanted me to believe.
