Bab 52: Chapter 52 - Stabbed Heart [Gender Dysphoria Warning]

Woken up by the warm beams of sunlight shining through the open window, Riley flopped around lazily in his bed. Trying to contain the strain in his body from last night, he could feel the soreness seeping through every fiber of his muscles. After about an hour of struggling to get up, he was finally off on his way to get a shower.

'What the hell happened last night?' He couldn't remember much of what transpired with Asuka, but the excruciating sensation of his burning organs was still fresh in his memories. 'My head feels weird…'

On his way to the bathhouse, a strange tightness laid heavy over his chest, almost as if the tissues in his ribcage were trying to bend inwards. But with a mind as foggy as a winter morning in the plains, all he could gather was the path to his daily routine that he had grown so accustomed to.
