Bab 245: Happy

"I get to have all of these?" She stared at Jeremy in surprise. She thought that she would only receive some supplies and a bed to sleep in, but the documents in her hands were for a separate house, monthly food supplies, an ample amount of monetary incentive, and a few other things.

Looking at her shocked expression, Jeremy chuckled. He already expected to see this since most of the soldiers showed similar reactions after getting the same documents from him. "That's right. You may be a soldier, but you're not just any ordinary soldier. You are working for Major General Khalon. That's how special you are."

Hershey leaned on her seat, still shocked by everything she heard. No wonder the ordinary workers looked at her with so much jealousy when she was personally invited by the Major General. "He is that awesome?" She muttered.
