Bab 244: Privileges

After becoming a soldier under Khalon's command, the treatment Hershey received completely changed. She was given more nutritious meals and the way people looked at her also improved. They were more respectful and reserved. Even those brave men who tried to hit on her no longer dared to speak informally with her.

Hershey wore her new uniform. It was heavy, but she didn't feel reluctant to wear it. Aside from the additional safety it provided, she also felt proud to wear it. This uniform was a symbol of power and strength!

She looked at herself in the mirror and was very satisfied with her appearance. She then stepped out of the tent and headed to the barracks.

Today is the final day of the extraction of the materials. Once everything has been collected, everyone will go back to the island city.
