Not long later, the bodyguard who went out earlier returned and whispered something to Wilfredo's ears. The latter's face turned dark upon hearing his report. He then stared at Gregorio who was looking at him with a faint smile. Wilfredo didn't know if Gregorio was taunting him, but he held himself back from reacting violently. "If we follow you to this settlement, what would our arrangements be?" He asked. After knowing the presence of a huge army outside the settlement, he decided to take a step back. He still valued his life more than his desire for power.
