Bab 191: Meeting the Acting President

With the emergence of the zombie virus, society has collapsed and the people were forced to do extreme things to survive. Some resorted to theft, while there were also people who killed others for their benefit and survival. 

At this moment, the government's power was declining and not everyone was willing to listen anymore.
