Bab 268: 268 - Shark

Ryan's scent was extremely unique, so that pink-haired girl kept randomly approaching him to sniff. Every time that strange action was repeated, he could see more detail in her physiognomy, and now that he could get a little closer, it was even more noticeable how much she resembled a shark.

"We're here," she said as she opened a door with her mana. When the doors opened, they found themselves in a room full of magic monitors. There were several eyes flying back and forth, but what was most surprising was the gigantic aquarium that stood a few meters off the ground. The entire floor was made of glass, revealing an aquatic ecosystem with four gigantic sharks of different species.

Each one was more menacing than the last, one had a scar over its eye while another had two red eyes on either side of its face. It wasn't even necessary for Ryan to consider the possibility, he knew that these monsters were beasts from the second world.
