Bab 494: 72.7 Hiring

I found myself staring at my board, half-drawn plans littering my vision as I blankly gazed at the damn thing. Perhaps I was starting to wear myself thin again, but that just meant I was doing the right thing in getting more people on board with this operation. it'll always be at its hardest while we're just starting out. Give or take a few weeks, and we'll be running in full steam and I could delegate the teaching duties to Lise or someone else.

I sighed out loud again, "Maybe I should get something to eat..." God knows I haven't had breakfast yet.

"You require food, Monsieur?"

"Yeah..." Or maybe just a drink, really- wait. "Amelie?"

"Oui?"

"Didn't I tell you to rest?"

"My... I can only rest when Monsieur's needs are fulfilled," the maid replied with a composed tone. "I shall endeavor to serve you, Monsieur Rouge."
