"Abandonnez déjà," the woman called out, a bit softer this time as she partially lowered her saber. "Tu n'as nulle part où courir."

"Still can't understand you, unfortunately," I half-lamented. "And I highly doubt that you'll let us both go even if we can explain our situation."

In an instant, the woman's face contorted back into a hate-filled gaze; her eyes narrowing as she raised her saber again. She spoke in English, much to my surprise, "So be it, Imperiale."

Oh boy... I guess it's time to run away from this chick. "Get us out, Lise."

"Got it!"

In an instant, Lise left my back as I turned around to follow her. Behind me, I could hear the Not-French woman screaming bloody murder at our actions. Didn't know what she was saying still, but I just knew that it probably contained a fvck ton of hate speech and expletives aimed solely at us.
