Bab 78: 78. Alexina and Ligo.

{In the Empress's bed chamber} 

Inside a huge tub of warmwater inside her bathroom, the Empress laid there with her eyes closed and her back resting on the tub. Her head and hands lazily placed on the edges of the tub. 

Quietly, she stayed there, allowing the warm water calm all her system. She was the Empress, she couldn't show her expressions too much. So even though she was filled with anxiety, she had to hide it. 

She was to meet her son soon, how could she not be anxious. He was a child with whom her only memories were of when he was a tiny baby. 

Of course, she'd gotten information about him every now and then, Ligo always made sure to tell her about him but... Nothing could compare with actually being there for and with him. But she was neither there for him, or with him.
